Since 1998 El Dorado Main Street has provided building and business owners in the District with over $500,000 in interest free loans to improve buildings, open or expand businesses, which help create new job opportunities.

Where can I go to get an IWW Loan?  Only El Dorado Main Street Inc. can provide IWW Loans.

How the program works:

 – The funds for the loan are provided from a revolving loan pool (loans are made as funds are available). 

 – The maximum loan amount is $20,000

 – The loan is interest free and amortized on a 6 year monthly amortization. 

– The building or business must be located in the El Dorado Main Street District.

 – The application is reviewed for approval by an El Dorado Main Street loan committee.
